Our Director, Alison Forsyth, qualified as a solicitor and Notary Public in 1997. Based in Perthshire, and with over 20 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of employment law, she has a proven track record in achieving positive results.
She has considerable experience providing strategic employment law advice and handling cases in the Employment Tribunals and Courts.
After studying at Glasgow and Seville universities, Alison graduated from Glasgow University in 1995 with an Honours degree in Law and Spanish language. She completed her Diploma in Legal Practice at Glasgow University and undertook her 2 year solicitor traineeship in Edinburgh.
In the early years of her career as a litigation solicitor, Alison practised all types of court work and by 2001 had become a partner in a well-respected city firm. She worked for 10 years as a partner and moved to Perthshire in 2011.
Alison’s approach to employment law is to find a practical solution which safeguards her client’s position without getting them tied up in the technicalities. She offers clients a cost effective and practical approach to all employment law issues. She represents both employers and employees and has considerable experience in raising and presenting claims before the Employment Tribunals.
Her company is a legal practice registered with and regulated by the Law Society of Scotland.
